Shipping & Refund Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Jamabean, LLC ships their products through UPS, we are not responsible for delays associated through UPS.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5.99 or $9.99 flat rate shipping to the United State (all 50 states and 1 property). 

Free shipping is available for purchases over $75 automatically at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@jamabean.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

Refunds are given if a product has been damaged due to poor manufacturing. Refunds are issued case by case. Please email us your concern at support@jamabean.com

Exchanges are available if the product has been unused and in its original condition. Exchanges can be made through delivery with a $3.99 delivery exchange fee. For delivery exchanges, we ask that you keep the original packing and we will send you a return shipping label. The fee is used to cover a portion of the shipping rate for when we ship the new product you exchanged the original product for. For delivery exchanges please contact us at support@jamabean.com

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@jamabean.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
